CRM Measurement Analyst



Coordinates and executes strategic initiatives and marketing innovations to drive marketing campaigns.

  • Executes and measures campaigns
  • Builds CRM campaigns in IBM (Unica) Campaign, IBM (Unica) Interact, SAS, and Exact Target
  • Develops test and control scenarios to help measure incremental impact CRM programs
  • Manages the communication with internal creative and production teams, direct marketing team, Information Systems, and external list service organizations
  • Automates recurring campaigns using Unica and SAS
    Distills data into insights to inform CRM and company strategy
  • Creates and maintains consistent measures and analytics
  • Generates standard daily, weekly and monthly reporting to support business needs
  • Performs deep-dive analysis using SAS, SQL, and BI tools to make recommendations to improve direct mail profitability using historical response analysis and model development
  • Maintains summary reports and dashboards for leadership
  • Establishes targeting criteria and insights using enhanced analytical methods
  • Performs pre-campaign analytics and make recommendations regarding strategy and execution
  • Performs deep-dive and cross-campaign analysis.
  • Recommends future tests and refinements
  • Creates predictive analytics for CRM segmentation and campaign opportunity analysis using analytical tools such as SAS, SAS Enterprise Miner, and R



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Similar
  • Experience with SQL and SAS
  • Knowledge of campaign tools (IBM (Unica) Campaign, Aprimo Relationship Manager, etc)


  • Advanced SAS knowledge
  • Predictive analytics for direct marketing campaigns
    IBM (Unica) Interact for real-time marketing campaigns
  • Data visualization tools (i.e., Tableau, Spotfire)
  • Experience with predictive analytics tools and methods (i.e., Regression, CHAID, LTV, Survival Analysis)
