Job Description and Qualifications

Position Purpose:
The Digital Analyst is part of the growing Digital Analytics capability within Land O’ Lakes. The role is responsible for reporting and analysis support to internal customers across business areas, with a focus on Purina Mills. This role supports digital marketing performance measurement — developing reports, interpreting the data for key insights and translating the data into actionable recommendations for digital programs and products.

This role will assist in developing best practices for system administration and automating reports and dashboards. The person reports to Digital Analytics Manager within the Marketing Technology and Analytics group.

Accountabilities
Support the development of measurement plans (KPIs, Metrics) including conducting requirement gathering discussions.

Develop scheduled reports and dashboards to meet internal customer needs.

Conduct data quality testing and troubleshoot data quality issues.

Fulfill ad hoc reporting & analysis requests.

Support system administration functions such as adding new users, creating report suites, configuring variables.

Maintain solution design reference/data dictionary.
Implement basic tag configurations through Adobe Tag Manager as needed.

Required (Basic) Experience & Education:
2+ years’ experience with Adobe Analytics

Required Competencies & Other Skills:
Experience using with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to answer business questions.

Proven track record of making actionable recommendations resulting from data analysis.

Demonstrate strong critical thinking and analysis skills.

Excellent communication skills and experience telling stories with data.
