Monitor, manage and evaluate the performance, participation, and feedback of US Bank on social media platforms. Ensure US Bank’s compliance with social media best practices, social branding objectives, and regulatory requirements.
Evaluate, implement and monitor the use of real-time monitoring solutions. Define, integrate and deliver actionable dashboards, reports, and recommendations to company stakeholders and executives.
Engage with users, internal stakeholders, influencers and social media platform vendors in order to determine competitive advantages; identify social engagement opportunities; and ensure regulatory compliance.
Stay current with social media trends, language, outlets, and resources to achieve the best performance and brand perceptions on social platforms.
Seeking an individual with at least two years of experience in digital marketing and social media; Strong command of social media monitoring and reporting tools; In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.); Knowledge of measurement tools like Google Analytics; Tableau skills; and Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
