Your top priority as a Data Scientist is to design and implement modeling solutions that address business needs, using statistical and machine learning methods. Translates business questions into structured analyses and delivers actionable insights. Your positive, professional, roll-up-your-sleeves-to-help attitude contributes to our winning culture and makes sure we leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Designs and implements predictive, causal, and forecasting models.
2. Builds ML models (e.g., XGBoost, scikit-learn) and tunes for accuracy and interpretability.
3. Connects predictive outputs to dashboards for operational use.
4. Selects appropriate methods based on problem, data, and output needs.
5. Delivers insights aligned to stakeholder goals, framing recommendations as business decisions.
6. Mentor junior analysts in technical skills and project approach.

What you will bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years in data science or analytics.
• Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and ML libraries.
• Thorough knowledge of Company policies and procedures as they relate to network setup and administration.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, write and test programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with a wide variety of customers, Company personnel and others.
