The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) seeks a strategic and results-driven leader to manage the Analytics and Insights Unit within the Office of Inspector General’s Digital Services, Analytics, and Insights Division. The Office of Inspector General (OIG) protects the health, safety, and well-being of Minnesotans by ensuring program integrity, conducting background studies, investigating alleged maltreatment, and enforcing licensing standards. The Analytics & Insights Unit plays a pivotal role in this mission by providing data-driven insights that strengthen oversight, improve compliance, and prevent fraud, waste, and abuse. This is a unique opportunity to transform how data and analytics drive policy and operational improvements in programs that serve millions of Minnesotans.

As the Analytics and Insights Manager, you will define the unit’s vision, strategy, and structure, ensuring that OIG’s data and analytics capabilities support the agency’s and OIG’s missions, the DHS Equity Policy, and strategic goals. This role requires a strong leader with expertise in data operations, cross-agency collaboration, and data-driven decision-making at the highest levels.
