The Data and Analytics team in the Health and Human Services is seeking a Principal Data Analyst to generate actionable insights for our Children & Family Services area. This position will focus on child welfare and protection programs that promote safety, stability, healthy development, permanency and well-being of children and youth in Hennepin County. The analyst will develop data analytics products from concept to production, extracting and analyzing data from large databases and presenting results to leadership, stakeholders, and staff within and outside of the county.
