Build your powerful AI workforce, in minutes
MorphMind is looking for AI Engineers to join the technical team building steerable, agentic AI. The role spans three tracks, and we are open to candidates who lean toward any one of them:
- Benchmarking and evaluation systems for multi-agent AI — measuring capability, reliability, and steerability of agent teams in production.
- Core agentic AI development on top of our open-source multi-agent engine (github.com/AIScientists-Dev/WorldSeed) and the production platform built on it: orchestration, memory, tool use, perception design.
- Software–hardware integrated AI products for individuals — combining our agent platform with dedicated hardware (edge devices, personal AI appliances).
We are looking for strong software fundamentals, hands-on experience with LLMs or agent frameworks, and a builder’s mindset. Hardware or edge experience is a plus for the third track. Full-time and part-time both welcome. Remote (US); open to Twin Cities candidates.
Contact: send your CV to recruit@morphmind.ai, along with a brief note (a paragraph or two) about a project you are proud of and one direction you would suggest MorphMind explore to grow the business. We use this to get a feel for both hands-on experience and how candidates think about real problems.
About MorphMind
MorphMind (morphmind.ai) is pioneering a new paradigm of human-AI collaboration. As AI grows more powerful and increasingly opaque, MorphMind enables AI to collaborate as domain experts, lets humans engage at critical steps, and allows workflows to adapt — better learning and aligning with industry standards.
What we build
Our flagship product is an AI platform where domain experts compose and deploy multi-agent workflows for research, science, and enterprise knowledge work. We recently open-sourced WorldSeed (github.com/AIScientists-Dev/WorldSeed) — a multi-agent world model engine extracted from our backend, where autonomous AI agents perceive asymmetric information and produce emergent behavior. WorldSeed sits at the intersection of multi-agent simulation, world models, and embodied AI, and serves as a public window into the collaboration mechanism powering MorphMind.
The Team
Our CEO and co-founder is a professor at a top US research university and a Harvard PhD, with a decade of published work at the intersection of AI alignment, human-AI collaboration, and AI for science. He is an NSF CAREER awardee, and was an Amazon Scholar with the Alexa and AGI teams.
Our co-founder and Scientific Lead is a professor of bioengineering at Harvard University. His research has been recognized by MIT Technology Review (Innovators Under 35), the NIH Director’s New Innovator Award, and Science as “Most Notable” in chemistry. He previously co-founded a brain-machine interface company.
The team also includes deep academic, technical, and operational depth:
- A Member of the US National Academy of Engineering, recipient of the Alan T. Waterman Award
- A senior operator with COO and GM experience scaling internet and mobility businesses across global markets
- A Member of the US National Academy of Sciences
- A Distinguished Research Scientist at NVIDIA
Why join us
We are building the platform layer for the next decade of AI — where domain experts, not just model builders, define how agentic systems work. From multi-agent collaboration and world models to controllable AI for science and enterprise, this is a chance to ship into a system real researchers and enterprises depend on.
