The MinneAnalytics community was out in full force last Friday, March 29, for HALICON 2019 at Optum. The conference schedule featured 49 sessions covering a range of topics in healthcare data science and emerging technology, including several sessions and panels focused on startups and innovation.
Over the last five years, MinneAnalytics events have featured 85 startups pitching across eleven showcases. On the blog, Graeme Thickins shares some of those who have done particularly well since participating.
As part of our ongoing support for education in data science, MinneAnalytics offers scholarships to undergraduate students who display a passion for pursuing a career in analytics and a commitment to engaging with the community. The 2018 submission period is now open for colleges and universities located in the Upper Midwest.
